We have to warn you – this concoction is really strong. It contains lemon juice, ginger, garlic and cayenne pepper, and only 60 ml of it are sufficient to get you back on your feet whenever you’re suffering from a bad cold.
Depending on the intensity of the remedy you want to achieve, you can adjust the ratio of garlic and ginger to suit your needs.
Time of preparation – 5 minutes!
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 1-4 garlic cloves
- 1 piece of fresh ginger root (2-3 cm long)
- Cayenne pepper
Method of preparation:
Place all the ingredients, except the cayenne pepper, in a blender and mix until you obtain an equal mass. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top of it and you’re done!
Consume the concoction at once.
After several hours have passed, prepare the following drink:
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon, pour it into a tall glass and add half a teaspoon of baking soda to it. Foam will be formed at the surface due to the chemical reaction between the two ingredients. Once the foam disappears, consume the drink at once.
