Soy contains goitrogens. These are substances that block the synthesis of thyroid hormones and interfere with iodine metabolism, thereby interfering with your thyroid function.
3. Sperm count may get effected
There are researches confirming decreased sperm count with soy product consumption. Excess soy sauce consumption increases level of sex hormone estrogen, creating abnormality in male reproductive health.
4. Contains MSG
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) is addictive. It’s a brain stimulant and causes a lot of health issues (i.e. rapid heartbeat, tingling, depression, chest pain). Extra MSG is also added to enhance the flavor of soy sauce.
5. GM Soy Toxic
99% of soy is genetically modified and it among the highest contamination by pesticides of any of our foods.

Soybeans also contain haemagglutinin, a clot-promoting substance that causes red blood cells to clump together.

Kidneys are affected by oxalates & phytoestrogens present in soy products. Oxalates cause kidney stones while high content of phytoestrogens might cause kidney failure.
